These terms define the conditions for car rental in Marrakech with Mobiway Car, including booking, payment, handover, use, and return of the vehicle.

To rent a vehicle from Mobiway Car, the renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving license valid for at least 2 years. A valid ID card or passport and the original license must be presented at pickup.

The customer must present the following documents when picking up the vehicle:

• Valid driving license (original)
• Valid ID card or passport
• Valid means of payment if required

Every car rental booking in Marrakech is confirmed after validation by Mobiway Car, subject to vehicle availability at the time of the request.

Rental rates may vary depending on the season, vehicle category, and rental duration. All rates are clearly communicated before the booking is confirmed, with no hidden fees.

The vehicle is handed over clean and in good working order. It must be returned in the same condition at the date and location agreed upon at booking.

The renter agrees to comply with the Moroccan traffic code and to use the vehicle responsibly, in accordance with the laws in force in Morocco.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the vehicle for illegal transport
• Take part in any competition or motor race
• Sublet the vehicle to a third party
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances

An additional driver may be added to the booking, provided they meet the same age, license, and ID requirements as the main renter.

Mileage may be limited or unlimited depending on the package chosen. Specific conditions are stated at the time of booking.

Mobiway Car offers free car delivery in Marrakech: Menara Airport, hotel, riad, and city center.

For deliveries outside Marrakech, fees apply depending on the city and distance, communicated in advance for a fully transparent service.

Any delay in returning the vehicle that has not been pre-approved by Mobiway Car may result in additional fees calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Any extension of the rental period must be approved by Mobiway Car and may be subject to availability and specific pricing.

The vehicle is handed over with a set fuel level. It must be returned with the same level. If there is a difference, a fuel fee will be charged.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Cleaning fees may apply in case of excessive or unusual dirtiness.

In the event of an accident, theft, or breakdown, the customer must contact Mobiway Car immediately. An accident report must be filed even for minor incidents.

Vehicles rented from Mobiway Car are intended for use within Morocco only. Leaving the country is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and terms of the booking. Exact terms are communicated at the time of confirmation.

In case of no-show without prior notice, the booking may be canceled and fees may be withheld according to the applicable terms.

The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, fines, tickets, and fees related to the use of the vehicle for the entire rental period.

Personal data collected is used exclusively to manage the rental, the booking, and customer follow-up. It is not shared with third parties.

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
