To rent a vehicle with Mobiway Car, you must:
Be 21 years old or older (some vehicles require a minimum age of 23).
Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
Present a passport or national ID.
Provide a valid phone number and email address.
International customers must present an international or bilingual driver’s license when required by Moroccan law.
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Mobiway Car.
We reserve the right to offer a similar or upgraded model if the selected vehicle is not available.
Mobiway Car offers flexible and transparent payment methods:
Payment can be made upon delivery by cash, credit card, or mobile payment.
A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category.
Prices include: unlimited mileage, insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance unless otherwise stated.
No hidden fees — all costs are communicated before confirmation.
A refundable deposit may be requested at the time of vehicle delivery. It is fully returned if the vehicle is delivered back in the same condition with no fines, damage, or missing equipment.
The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly:
The vehicle must not be used for off-road driving unless allowed.
The renter is responsible for fuel usage and must return the car with the same fuel level.
The vehicle cannot be used for illegal activities, racing, or transporting hazardous materials.
Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
All Mobiway Car vehicles include:
Standard insurance
Civil liability coverage
24/7 roadside assistance
Optional extra coverage (if available) can be added for reduced responsibility in case of accidents or minor damages.
Insurance does not cover:
Damage caused by negligence
Tires, wheels, windshields unless full coverage is selected
Lost keys
Unauthorized drivers
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Vehicles can be delivered to Marrakech Airport, your hotel, your riad, or any agreed location.
The renter must check the car and sign the rental contract upon receiving the vehicle.
Late returns may result in additional charges unless agreed otherwise.
Any extension must be requested 24 hours in advance.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
If the fuel level is lower, the difference will be billed.
All traffic fines, tolls, parking tickets, or violations during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
In case of an accident:
Contact Mobiway Car immediately.
Contact the police to obtain an official report.
Do not repair the vehicle without authorization.
A replacement vehicle may be provided if available.
Free cancellation if made at least 48 hours before the rental date.
Late cancellation may incur a fee depending on the booking type.
No-show bookings may be charged.
Mobiway Car is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the rental period.
We respect your personal data. Information collected during the booking process is used only for rental management and communication purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Marrakech.
